Who publishes this website
This website uses the public name Medical Alert Systems New York. It is a buying-information and planned referral resource. For inquiry and privacy questions, call (332) 456-5835. Phone inquiries are routed through Jensen and handled on behalf of this website. This is not a monitoring or emergency-response service.
Online requests and website measurements
The inquiry form is disabled in the page, browser configuration and server. Do not enter personal information or urgent medical requests. This site does not use advertising pixels or session recordings. The hosting layer loads a Cloudflare Insights beacon to measure page performance and usage; those technical measurements are separate from inquiry submissions. Cloudflare also processes connection and security logs under its own policies. See the linked Cloudflare information below.
Before online requests open
The notice must identify the actual recipient, collected fields, purposes, contact method and retention arrangements before the form is activated. The current field layout is inactive, not a request to submit data. No automatic callback service is active.
Your choices
You can browse the guides without submitting information. For privacy questions or access, correction and deletion requests, call (332) 456-5835. Information you share by phone may be processed by Jensen and the people handling your inquiry. Ask about storage, retention and any sharing before providing personal information. Do not send door codes, detailed medical histories or emergency requests to a general buying-information form.
